These Subscription Terms describe Bonded Premium auto-renewable subscriptions offered in the Bonded iOS app through the Apple App Store. They do not cover the one-time web Bonded Premium Pass or gift codes purchased through the website — for those, and for all refund and EU withdrawal rights, see the Refund & Withdrawal Policy. These Subscription Terms are part of the broader Bonded Studio legal document set and supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Withdrawal Policy, and Legal Notice.
If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and Apple’s purchase sheet or Apple Media Services Terms for an App Store transaction, Apple’s transaction terms control the billing relationship.
1. Product
Product name: Bonded Premium
Bonded Premium unlocks premium Bonded features, which may include:
- Premium question decks and future deck drops
- Unlimited or expanded hosted sessions
- Additional Private Pulse moments
- Saved Memory Capsules
- Connection Insights
- Premium-only connection features, such as pings
- Other premium features described in the App
Feature availability may evolve over time as described in the Terms of Service.
2. App Store Subscription Plans
Current advertised plans are:

The exact price shown in the App Store purchase sheet is the price that applies to your transaction. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax rules, Apple storefront, promotional offer, or Apple pricing changes.
3. Free Trial
Bonded may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible new subscribers.
If a free trial is shown in the App Store purchase sheet:
- The trial begins when you confirm the subscription.
- The trial is available only to eligible users under Apple’s rules.
- At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends, or earlier if Apple shows a different deadline.
Trial eligibility, duration, and availability may vary and are determined by Apple and the offer displayed at checkout.
4. Auto-Renewal and Billing
Bonded Premium App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews at the end of each billing period.
- Apple may charge your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal price is shown in your Apple subscription settings and App Store purchase flow.
- You keep Premium access until the end of the paid period, even if you cancel before the period ends.
Apple handles billing, payment method issues, tax, invoices or receipts, price-change notices, and subscription management.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel an App Store subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Bonded.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app or Apple’s subscription management page.
Deleting your Bonded account or uninstalling the App does not cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel through Apple.
6. Restoring and Managing Purchases
The App may offer “Restore purchases” and “Manage subscription” controls. These use Apple and RevenueCat subscription status to restore or manage Premium access.
If restore does not find an active subscription, check that you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
7. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not Bonded Studio.

Apple decides refund requests under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Bonded Studio cannot directly refund App Store purchases.

8. Price Changes
If the subscription price changes, Apple will provide any required notice, consent flow, or subscription setting update. If Apple requires your consent to a price increase and you do not consent, your subscription may expire at the end of the current billing period.
9. Other Bonded Studio Purchases Are Separate
Bonded Studio may also offer fixed-duration gift codes, Premium passes, digital products, reports, ebooks, downloads, event tickets, merch, art, cards, printed products, or other studio products through bonded.studio or another checkout flow. Unless expressly stated at checkout, those purchases are separate from App Store auto-renewable subscriptions and do not renew through Apple.
Other purchases, gift codes, checkout providers, taxes, refunds, shipping, and consumer rights are described in the Terms of Service and in any checkout-specific terms shown before purchase.
10. Privacy
Bonded Studio does not receive or store your full payment card details for App Store subscriptions. Apple processes payment details. Bonded Studio receives subscription status and entitlement information through RevenueCat so we can provide Premium access.
