Bonded Studio publishes and creates content about human connection, loneliness, dating, friendship, intimacy, communication, play, memory, design, technology, creativity, culture, rituals, and related topics.
Our content may include articles, essays, prompts, guides, newsletters, videos, social posts, interviews, public experiments, interactive installations, app experiences, assessments, reports, summaries, templates, downloads, connection packs, and other digital or physical materials.
All Bonded Studio content is provided for general informational, educational, creative, entertainment, self-reflection, and interpersonal conversation purposes. Content may include personal opinion, creative interpretation, cultural commentary, product strategy, design thinking, research-informed discussion, or lived-experience reflection.

4. Relationship, Intimacy, and Emotional Content
Bonded Studio may discuss sensitive topics such as loneliness, communication, conflict, attraction, intimacy, dating, sex, friendship, family, memory, vulnerability, and emotional well-being.
You are responsible for deciding whether a prompt, article, event, product, or app experience is appropriate for you and for the person or people you use it with. Do not pressure another person to answer, reveal, participate, disclose, or continue if they do not want to.
The Services are not designed to determine whether a relationship is healthy, safe, compatible, successful, or worth continuing. They do not guarantee closeness, attraction, reconciliation, healing, emotional safety, relationship improvement, or any particular outcome.
Where the Services invite disclosure between participants, each participant remains responsible for their own choices, boundaries, and conduct. Information shared with another participant may be saved, screenshotted, repeated, discussed, or used by that person outside the Services. If we publish material that is substantially AI-generated in a context where that fact would be material to a reasonable reader or user, we will make reasonable efforts to label or explain it. Short editing assistance, grammar correction, translation support, outline generation, or internal research support may not always be individually labeled.
We do not grant AI tools permission to use identifiable private app session content, Private Pulse values, Memory Capsules, account data, or identifiable support content for public marketing or unrelated model training unless you have expressly agreed to that specific use or we have another lawful basis.
8. Research, Sources, and Timeliness
Bonded Studio may discuss academic research, market research, psychology, relationship science, design research, technology, cultural trends, product strategy, or other source material.
References to studies, data, sources, experts, or third-party materials are provided for context and discussion. They do not mean that Bonded Studio has independently verified every detail or that a finding applies to every person, relationship, or situation.
Content may become outdated. If you participate in a filmed session, public activation, interview, event, testimonial, user research session, or similar campaign, the relevant consent form, release, event notice, or campaign terms will explain how recordings, images, voice, name, handle, answers, quotes, or other materials may be used.
We may review, reject, edit, remove, hide, archive, or stop displaying public or semi-public User Content where we believe it is outside the purpose of the feature, creates legal or safety risk, violates the Terms of Service, or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. Intellectual Property and Creative Credits
Unless otherwise stated, Bonded Studio Content is owned by or licensed to Bonded Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, adapt, translate, scrape, train AI systems on, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit Bonded Studio Content without prior written permission, except where a product page, license, event notice, checkout term, or applicable law permits it.
Some visuals, illustrations, assets, photographs, music, fonts, libraries, datasets, embedded media, or other materials may be created by, licensed from, or credited to third parties. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and license terms.
Where feasible and appropriate, we may credit sources, inspirations, datasets, libraries, collaborators, illustrators, photographers, guest contributors, or other creators. Absence of a visible credit does not mean that material is free to use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonded Studio, Sapphire Labs, its owner, contractors, collaborators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, opportunity, emotional distress, relationship outcome, or reliance on content, arising from or related to the Services, Bonded Studio Content, third-party links, affiliate offers, sponsored content, ads, products, events, or this page.
Nothing in this page limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
