The Bonded changelog
Built in chapters. Shared while it’s still becoming.
A running, honest look at what is live in Bonded, what we are shaping now, and the bigger direction we are curious enough to explore.
No dates are hidden in the bushes. Beyond “Live now,” only events get a date; everything else is direction, not a promise.

How to read the trail
Green is now. The rest is where the trail may lead.
Read each chapter by its status, not as a launch calendar. Blue is the one exception: events you can actually walk into.

What’s live. What’s coming.
Follow the work, not a made-up countdown.
We would rather show the shape of our thinking than pretend every idea already has a shipping label.
Chapter 01 · Ready to use
Live now
The parts of Bonded you can play with, share, and send today.
01
The Core Game
Question-and-answer sessions built to move people from small talk to real presence, played together in the same room. One question at a time, on everyone’s screen at once. Answer it or pass, no explanation needed.
Group Mode
Three to six people in one session, each on their own phone. Everyone gets a turn, the host keeps the pace, and the night ends with a Memory Capsule for the whole table. Hosting a Group is part of Premium; joining is always free, in the app or from a browser with just a first name. New in version 1.1.0: see Group Play in action.
Dares
Some decks now deal dares alongside questions: small, playful challenges for one person at a time. In a Group, the round opener takes it; in a duo, you take turns. Passing is always allowed.
Private Pulse & Room Pulse
Some things are easier to show than to say. In a duo, slide a private 0–100 pulse and decide separately whether to reveal it; if either of you says no, neither value is ever shown. In a Group, the Room Pulse shares how the table feels with no names attached, and only once at least three people have added theirs.
Ten Decks
Starter, Date Night, Friends, Couples, 36 Questions, Spark, Closeness, Reunited, Family, and Colleagues, each tuned for a different relationship and depth of conversation. In English and Greek.
Guests Join Free
Only the host needs Bonded. Everyone else joins from any browser with a link, a QR code, or a six-character code: no app, no account, no payment.
Memory Capsules & Connection Insights
Every session that produced something real ends in a Memory Capsule of the moments you both, or all, flagged. Premium keeps them, and Connection Insights shows what you keep coming back to across the sessions you host.
Connections & Ping
After playing together, connect for real. A Ping lets you say “thinking of you” without needing the perfect opening line.
Profiles & Avatars
A small visual version of you, built layer by layer, plus a short bio and prompt answers your connections can see. No photos, by design.
Gift Codes & Plans
Give someone Bonded Premium as an actual gift. Or pick a 12-month plan on the web: Solo, Partner (two people), or Family (four).
Safety Built In
Report or block anyone from their profile, with clear community rules. Every report is read and decided by a person on our team.
Bonded on iPhone & Android
Live on the App Store. On Android, early access is open now: join the test and help us bring Bonded to Google Play.
Chapter 02 · Not yet live
Coming soon, in review
Close enough to see clearly. Still being checked before it becomes part of the path.
02
Bonded on Google Play
Our early-access testers are playing now. Once Google’s 14-day test is complete and the app passes review, Bonded opens to everyone on Android.
Two New Decks
Long Distance and New Parents, each built for a specific real chapter of a relationship, not a reskin of an existing deck.
Chapter 03 · Work in motion
Exploring, in active design
Questions we are actively giving form, carefully, because the how matters as much as the what.
03
Side Quests
Turn a Ping into a real invitation: coffee, a museum walk, a specific plan. Pick an activity that suits both of you, suggest a time, and send it so it reaches someone even if they don’t have Bonded yet. Reminders included, so the plan actually happens.
Remote Play
New ways to play across distance: multiple-choice, written answers, and mood sliders alongside the classic spoken format. Made to pair with the Long Distance deck.
Cold Start
An easier, gentler way to say hello to someone new in person, being designed around consent and comfort first, not novelty first.
Side trail · On the calendar
Off the screen
Bonded was never meant to stay inside a phone. These are the nights you can actually walk into. Events are the one place we use dates, because you need to know when to show up.
IRL
Lefki Nixta (Λευκή Νύχτα)
Where we’ve been. We took Bonded onto the street for Lefki Nixta, with a live installation open to anyone walking by. See the night on Instagram.
Bonded in Real Life
Small, hosted evenings where Bonded’s questions are played live, at a table, with people in the same room. More cities and dates to come. First Circle members hear first: join the First Circle.
Chapter 04 · The horizon
The bigger vision
Possibilities that could bring Bonded beyond one app and into the objects, stories, and spaces of everyday life.
04
A Smart Band
A physical, wearable piece of Bonded: research-backed haptic signals that let presence travel between two people when they are apart. Not vibration for its own sake.
A Discovery Layer
A thoughtful, consent-first way Bonded could someday help people find real connection beyond who they already know.

Merch & Objects
Physical pieces of Bonded designed to live in your actual life, not just your phone.
Installations
Larger interactive pieces where Bonded’s ideas can be felt directly, in the spirit of the installations the studio grew out of.
